Cottage Cheese, Avocado and Sundried Tomato Breakfast Wrap

Serves 2

Takes 5 minutes to make


• 200 g cottage cheese

• 1 avocados, stone removed

• 2 medium wraps

• 50 g sundried tomatoes

2 handfuls lettuce

What to do

  • Heat the wraps according to instructions. Mash the avocado with a fork and spread over the c wraps. Season with salt & pepper.

  • Next divide the cottage cheese, tomatoes and lettuce over the avocado. Roll the wraps and wrap them tightly in cling film.

  • Keep the wraps in the refrigerator until required or eat straight away
