Ingredients
• 200 g cottage cheese
• 1 avocados, stone removed
• 2 medium wraps
• 50 g sundried tomatoes
2 handfuls lettuce
What to do
Heat the wraps according to instructions. Mash the avocado with a fork and spread over the c wraps. Season with salt & pepper.
Next divide the cottage cheese, tomatoes and lettuce over the avocado. Roll the wraps and wrap them tightly in cling film.
Keep the wraps in the refrigerator until required or eat straight away
