I love cinnamon! This is like a dessert but still low calorie high protein.
Ingredients
• 1 banana
• 50g vanilla protein powder
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 240ml any milk
• 1 cup of ice cubes
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Serve.
