I wanted to put together a program that gave you support when you really needed it, when you are not with me in person.  This program will give you the missing piece of the puzzle, accountability!  A cheerleader support you in your corner.

12 weeks


This is hybrid 12 week strength training programme the takes women from beginners to fully competent and confident lifter’s


It is also great for women who need direction with there training and help with technique.

  • Goal setting

  • 1hr full health assessment – including posture checks and movement analysis session 

  • In-person Personal Training designed to meet you where you are – updated

  • Personalised Nutrition set for goals

  • Access to a supportive Facebook group

  • Access to my app to track all of your progress and where all your programmes will be

  • Habit tracking

  • Nutrition education

  • Access to my recipes eBooks

  • Full support via messages in the app

  • Workouts for outside our sessions – with videos on my app

Prices (3 month  minimum commitment)

$390 per month (3 monthly payments) – 1 session per week (12 sessions in total)
$700 per month (3 monthly payments) – 2 sessions per week (24 sessions in total)
