But what are they?

 

Hybrid Coaching

Hybrid training is a mixture of in-person (1 or 2 sessions per week) and also online (see below) via my app so you can train outside our sessions with workouts I provide in your own time.  I also throw in Nutrition and lifestyle support!  You can track all of your workouts and send me messages.  You get the benefit of 1-on-1 training but also get to train the other sessions in your own time.

 

Online coaching

First of all I’ll tell you what its not.  It’s not workouts via zoom.  When you sign up with me I send you access to my app, you will have your own log in and account where I send you your programming which is updated every 4 weeks, you will have workout videos showing you how to complete the exercises. You log all of your reps and sets, you can send me messages about your workout so I can help you with the coaching, we can schedule reviews and you can manage your nutrition all in this app.

This is hybrid (see above) 12 week strength training programme the takes women from beginners to fully competent and confident lifter’s.

Person Training Sessions

This is for those who just want to do some in-person training.

I can train 2 people in one session so bringing a friend or partner with bring the cost down.  Cost session $80.

All sessions or based around strength training.

Programme Design

One off payment

This option is for those who have a specific goal and want a 12 week programme that can help them get there.

I will find out more about your goal, what you want to achieve, your preferences and design you programme from there.   I will include progression too.

Who is this for?

Anyone who knows what they are doing in the gym but just needs someone to do the thinking for them.

It's delivered to you in an excel spreadsheet so you can also log your progress along the way.

Nutrition

This option is for those who want to focus on Nutrition only.
It's an 8 week programme that focuses on your specific goal, weekly accountability, 4 weekly reviews with drip fed education throughout.

Who is this for?

Anyone who has a goal.  This could be to be healthier in general, fat loss, weight gain.  It's for those have been on the hamster wheel of dieting, yo-yo dieters, weekday dieters, those who are all or nothing.
