What I do.

I am an evidence-based practitioner.  This means that I stay up to date with what science is saying and mix that with experience, your needs and goals.  It is my aim for you to walk away understanding what and why we are doing what we decide to do.

n investment into your health and fitness goals such as seeing a nutritionist can help you make lifelong changes, give you education on what is actually true with all the confusing messages out there and equip you to continue you goals with confidence and ease.  It will be worth it; I will make sure of it.

What you won’t get from me ever.

  • A pushy sales women – I don’t sell any supplements.

  • Working out of my scope of practice – sometimes I may need to refer to you another healthcare professional depending on the situation.

  • A one plan fits all – your plan will be your plan only and there will not be any fad diets included.

  • Any kinds of bull shit – full transparency and I expect the same in return.

  • Bias – we all have them except I know that my preferred method works for me only.  I will find and advice the best method for you, we will work together on this.

What is included?

  • An initial phone call and fact find

  • Pre-consultation form with food diary analysis

  • A online or face to face consultation - nutrition planning and goal setting (60-90 minutes)

  • Personalised nutrition plan from the consultation

  • 2 example meal days

  • Many resources relevant to you including my recipe books and my nutrition guide

  • Weekly form check in with video feedback if needed (each Monday)

  • 4 weekly 30 minutes reviews - nutrition tweaks

  • Access to me via WhatsApp 

  • Gift certificate when milestones to your goal are achieved

  • Ongoing support and education throughout

 

What to expect

  • You will be sent a pre-consultation form (before our appointment) with questions regarding your lifestyle, current nutrition and health.  This helps me prepare for the consultation so we can get the most for the time we have.

  • At the appointment we will go into the answers in a lot more detail.  This is vital so I can put together the right plan for you based on the information you will give me.  In this time, I can answer questions you have and offer some education around nutrition if needed.

  • I will then put together a plan within 48 hours of your appointment and email it to you along with helpful resources that I would think are helpful for your plan.  You will feel ready to start the journey towards your goals.

  • We will check in each week to see how I can help and to cover questions you have

CONSULTATION

Accountability Check In's

This is for anyone who has finished a plan but doesn't want the journey to end there.

 

Some of us need accountability, someone to check in with to keep us on the straight and narrow.  This is what this is for.  A 30 minute online review chat to review your goals, answer questions and set new non-negotiables!
