Vanilla and Coffee Protein Smoothie



Coffee, Protein and vanilla, yum!


Serves 2


60 ml espresso

400 ml any milk

2 scoops vanilla whey Protein

2 tsp. cinnamon

2 tbsp. flax seeds

handful ice


What to do


Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until smooth. Serve cold in a glass.
