Vanilla and Coffee Protein Smoothie



Coffee, Protein and vanilla, yum!


Serves 2


• 60 ml espresso

• 400 ml any milk

• 2 scoops vanilla whey Protein

• 2 tsp. cinnamon

• 2 tbsp. flax seeds

• handful ice


What to do


Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until smooth. Serve cold in a glass.
