I give 3 small tasks to do that will change how you feel about your whole day.

2. Nutrition

I will show you methods that will keep you gut happy, your muscles growing and your scale weight reduce all whilst still eating breakfast and carbs.

3. Daily walk

I will even give you something to listen to.  It's the most underrated for fat loss and mental health.

4. Daily workout

I will give you a daily home workout to do so I can show that resistance training is doable and every workout counts to your longevity of life.

5. Hydration

 A little dull but almost forgotten!  This is potentially the missing piece in your puzzle and could why you don't feel great.
